Delivering Farming's Future
23-24 February 2010, Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Our 2010 conference comes just months before a General Election that is shaping up to be the most crucial for many years.
An incoming government will have a number of massive challenges for farming including food security market volatility, TB eradication, supermarket regulation and further CAP Reform – and all with less money in the coffers.
The conference will be a great opportunity to debate these issues and question representatives of all the major political parties on how they would tackle them.
If that’s not enough reason to attend then please read on:
- Interact with NFU board chairmen, NFU chief advisers and guest speakers by attending the commodity breakout sessions and having your say
- Enjoy a breakfast meeting and discuss issues including thise facing tenants and the uplands
- Take part in one of our specialised workshops: Low Carbon Farming, Animal Welfare and Next Generation Food Security Debate
“Tremendous speaker compilation covering broad and relevant topics – a great and very inspiring two day conference.” (delegate feedback, NFU Conference 2009)
