The NFU and the British Cattle Veterinary Association will take the temperature of UK livestock farming during a special series of debates next month.
UK livestock farming: In good health? runs in our new conference suite, at NFU headquarters in Warwickshire, on February 15. NFU members are invited to register and attend.
The health of the UK herd tops the agenda and moves to ensure a joined-up approach from farmers and vets will be a recurring theme. Industry leaders and experts will look at the challenges on the horizon and encourage a series of informed debates.
From the use of medicines and issues around anti-microbial resistance to the delivery of veterinary services and the latest from the levy boards – we want members to get involved and add their experiences. Ideally, we’d like 30 farmer members to attend to match the veterinary contingent.
