WFMalternative275184Why Farming Matters

Why Farming Matters is the NFU’s flagship campaign and has helped us to communicate to thousands of people what British agriculture contributes in terms of food production, the national economy and improving the environment. The campaign has its own website where you can find out more, download reports, get the latest news and request resources so you can get involved – click here.

Mission Milk

Mission Milk logoThe Mission Milk campaign sees the Women’s Institute and NFU united to secure a sustainable future for British dairy farmers. The campaign, a follow-up to the successful Great Milk Debate campaign launched in 2007, communicates to consumers the current situation of dairy farming in the UK and the value of sourcing British and Red Tractor Assured dairy foods. The Recovery: Why Farming Matters

In the autumn of 2010 the NFU launched the latest in its Why Farming Matters series of publications The Recovery: Why Farming Matters.
