The Emergency Budget produced three main taxation changes which could be relevant to farmers.
These changes were to Capital Gains Tax, Capital Allowances and the confirmation that the tax rules for Furnished Holiday Lettings will not be withdrawn but will remain in place in their current format until 5 April 2011, and then in an amended format from 6 April 2011.
