In late January the NFU and the NPA met with the Food, Farming and Environment Minister Jim Fitzpatrick, Defra and the Environment Agency to discuss industry concerns about the delay in issue of IPPC permits.
Discussions between industry and the Agency have continued since then.
The meetings that have been held have been viewed very positively by all those involved. The attached document outlines the key points and actions from the discussions.
