Agricultural Wages Order 2011
Although steps are being taken to abolish the Agricultural Wages Board of England and Wales, the process is not yet complete and for now the Agricultural Wages Board of England and Wales continues in operation.
The Agricultural Wages Order (England and Wales) 2011 will be in force from 1 October 2011. As in previous years it will be distributed shortly before it takes effect in a printed edition and also electronically from the Defra website.
The main Agricultural Wages Order 2011 rates are as follows and the order is largely unchanged with no other major substantive changes:
