The latest update on Royalty Area Contracts is now available.
This update provides the latest information on RACs based on information received by the NFU in December 2011 and the new farm audit notices issued by BIPO, the company managing the RAC system on behalf of those breeders marketing their varieties through RAC.
An additional briefing providing information on farm saved seed royalties and farmers obligations under the plant variety legislation is also available.
