NFU CallFirst is the first port of call for NFU Farmer and Grower members when advice is needed on a legal or technical issue or for further information concerning subscriptions or membership services.
We give NFU Farmer and Grower members free initial advice that could save costs to their businesses in terms of professional fees.

NFU CallFirst - what you need to know...
- NFU CallFirst is open from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 8am to 6pm.
- A voicemail facility is available for members calling outside of these hours. We will call you back as soon as possible.
- You will need your membership number to hand when you call so that the advisers you speak to can ensure that you receive the full benefits of your membership.
- Answered by a person - we do not use any computer aided messages.
- You'll be asked for a summary of the reason for your call so we are able to determine how we can help you most effectively.
- If your query relates to a legal or technical issue you will be transferred to one of our specialists in the appropriate field.
- The specialist adviser will ask you in more detail about your query and assist you in identifying your options and finding a practical solution.

All of the calls that we take at NFU CallFirst are recorded for your protection, and a written account of each call is also made with all details held securely and confidentially. This means that the next time you call the advisers can easily refer back to a previous conversation and pick up where you left off.
