- Small commercial biomass (up to 200kW)
- For biomethane injection into the grid.
The degression is as follows:
Twenty percent had been anticipated for small commercial biomass, so the drop is not as much as expected. The reason for this is because the uptake hasn’t quite been as much as anticipated. In fact, the growth rate achieved compared to projected growth rate was 129%. Had it hit 150% then the full degression of 20% would have applied, so not totally bad news for those who can’t get their system in before Christmas!
Interestingly the growth rate change (actual growth/projected growth) in biomethane injection was 819%, for large biomass was 183% and biogas was 173%.
