Welcome to the NFU Annual Conference at the ICC Birmingham.

Please note the following:

 

Who's on when?

Badges and Registration

  • Please wear your badge at all times for security purposes.
  • You will need to register on both Tuesday and Wednesday at the press registration desk for a badge, located in the entrance foyer. Badges must be handed in at the end of both days.

 

Press Centre (located in the Media Suite, level four)

  • Wi-Fi will be available. There is no code, you will see the network when on site and after you select it and accept the terms and conditions, you will be connected.
  • Copies of images, speeches, and press releases will be made available as soon as possible on www.nfuonline.com/news/press-centre and in the media suite.

 

Catering

  • Breakfast will be available from 8.30am in the Media Suite on the first morning Tuesday February 24. A buffet lunch will be provided in the press centre on Tuesday and Wednesday from 1pm.

 

Press Conferences (room 11b, level three)

  • Press conferences with NFU President Meurig and other key speakers will be advertised on the notice board in the media suite. They will take place in the press conference room on level three.

 

Main Conference Room

  • The Media Suite is situated one flight of stairs up from the main conference room.
  • Due to security, certain sessions will be locked down, but when permissible, please enter and exit the conference quietly as noise travels through the auditorium.

 

Interview bids

  • Please speak to Kerry Bowness, Mike Thomas, Lee Perry or Georgia Brown on the mobile numbers attached or in the press centre to book a suitable time for interviews with NFU officeholders or staff.
