Following a recent recognition review undertaken by the RPA, a number of Producer Organisations (POs) received letters from the agency regarding their status. We are aware that some POs are already seeking independent legal advice on their position and are taking up the RPA’s offer of a meeting to discuss the issues raised in the letters.
