The Capital Grants are available target areas of certain priority catchments. The grants are aimed at tackling sources of diffuse pollution from agriculture in these areas.

There are a range of capital items available, examples include:
- Watercourse fencing
- Covers for slurry stores
- Concrete yard renewal
- Biobeds
- Watercourse crossings
- Sediment ponds and traps
