Rob Hutchison, currently Integration Programme Manager at Muller Milk & Ingredients, has been appointed Agriculture Director on an interim basis with immediate effect.
He has experience and knowledge of the whole supply chain having worked successfully in a number of key roles within the Muller business and on a range of major integration projects throughout his career.
NFU dairy board chairman Michael Oakes said: “The NFU has worked well with Lindsay during her time with Muller and previously in her role as agriculture director at Dairy Crest and we obviously wish her well for the future.
“We look forward to developing a good relationship with Lindsay’s replacement, Rob Hutchinson, especially with the changes that are ahead for dairy farmers supplying Muller.
“The NFU will look to meet up with Rob at the earliest opportunity to discuss the planned changes ahead and how they will affect those suppliers.”
