“Mark brings with him a wealth of experience working in the packing sector and running grower groups. In 2008, he set up Whole Crop Marketing which markets approximately 160,000 tonnes of ware potatoes plus 12,000 tonnes of seed.
“Timothy farms over 220Ha of processing potatoes. He is Director of the Alpha supply group and also sits on the AHDB Potatoes MI committee.
“I’d like to thank outgoing members Anthony Hopkins and Nigel Raymond for their contributions over the last few years and the regional and technical knowledge they have brought to our discussions. This is an important time for our sector and I am confident we have the right expertise and experience within the NFU Potato Forum to provide excellent representation for our members.”
