Gary Ford Chief Poultry Adviser told listeners “It’s a farm to fork approach every part of the food chain doing their bit to reduce levels of campylobacter.

“On the farm its farmers keeping campylobacter out of their poultry sheds by adhering high standards of hygiene, processors deploying various interventions, retailers looking at novel packaging and also a role to play for consumers handling and cooking it correctly.”
