Training and development
At the NFU we will support the development of our staff who are keen to seek improvement in what they do and the way they do it.
Your manager will hold a performance appraisal with you on a one to one basis. This usually takes place in April.
To ensure that our knowledge, skills and performance, both individually and collectively, are at a level which is appropriate for our roles we conduct training needs analysis assessments and implement training solutions to support the learning of all our staff through as many routes as is appropriate.
