Leading department store, John Lewis, has become the first retailer to promote Red Tractor food in its public restaurants

The value of products bearing the Red Tractor logo has increased to £7bn. The increase is due to a wider range of products now being allowed to use the logo.

New Red Tractor guidelines for Principal Ingredient Labelling

The Red Tractor log will soon be appearing on composite food products, such as meals and prepared dishes. This will allow the recognition of the accreditation and origin of the principal ingredient, such as the pork in a pork and leek sausage.
