Appleby NFU Group Secretary and CWE founder Amanda Wallbank said: “It was great to see that everyone was very enthusiastic and got stuck in with the handling even though there were some large tups to deal with. We then went on to Junction 36 Auction where the police officers learnt about the systems in place when sheep are sold. All of the officers who took the training will now move forward with respective schemes in their own areas and will set up further training and social media platforms.”
