· To appoint auditors for the Trust for the year commencing 1 November 2018 and ending 31 October 2019.
· To appoint solicitors for the Trust for the year commencing 1 November 2018 and ending 31 October 2019.
All full farming and retired members of the NFU North West region are entitled to attend this meeting and vote upon issues in the agenda. The chairman’s annual report and Trust accounts will be circulated at the meeting.
