Preparing for Change: What’s on the Horizon - Minette Batters, NFU President will join industry experts to look at and assess short-term and potential long-term implications for UK farming and what government and industry can do to safeguard the interests of UK agriculture. (Held in the Cereals AHDB Theatre)

Future Sustainable Crop Protection: The NFU has been looking at how farming is going to meet the crop protection challenges it faces, and what its aims and ambition for future sustainable crop protection could be. Join Guy Smith, NFU Deputy President and Dr Chris Hartfield, NFU Senior Regulatory Affairs Adviser for this interactive Q&A session.

The journey to Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Emma Hamer, NFU Senior Plant Health Adviser will join this panel to discuss how much pressure the industry is under from regulation and public perception to reduce the use of conventional chemistry and will IPM be enough for farmers to demonstrate their environmental and socially responsible activity to a wider public audience. (Held in the Cereals AHDB Theatre)
