The effect of this order, which comes in to force on 26th February 2016 is that it will uplift wage rates for those working in agriculture in Wales, at grades 2 to 6, by 6% on the rates currently in force in Wales (as laid out in the Agricultural Wages Order 2012)
The rates of pay, applicable in Wales from 26th February, for the various grades are laid out in the memo attached (members only document), and are the minimum rates that can be paid to workers in the various grades who are over the compulsory school age.
