Free anaerobic digestion operator workshop to share best practice

The NFU is working with the Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA) and the Environment Agency to run free regional workshops to support AD operators to improve performance and achieve good practice. 

The first of these workshops will take place at the Environment Agency’s offices in Brampton, Huntingdon on 14 May.

It will provide information and guidance on upcoming regulatory changes, and on boosting plant performance and protecting the environment and safety of your staff.

Sessions during the day include:

  •         Risk management
  •         AD Certification Scheme
  •         Plant performance and monitoring
  •         Good practice in silage clamp management
  •         Lagoon maintenance and design
