  • integrating energy storage into the UK energy system - balancing, demand side management, DNOs and the grid
  • self-consumption at all scales; domestic, commercial, community and the public sector
  • is energy storage the key to decentralised energy?

Both domestic and business users such as farmers can benefit from increased self-consumption of on-site generation using the emerging new energy storage technologies, helping to keep energy bills down.  With talk of "energy barns" and battery packs that complement solar roofs, the agricultural sector has much to gain by learning about these new business opportunities.  The REA has extended a £25 discount to NFU members, reducing the cost to £150 (please indicate you are claiming the NFU discount on the booking form).

This event takes place 0900-1600 at the Cavendish Conference Centre, Duchess Mews, London W1G 9DT (a short walk from Oxford Circus, Euston and Marylebone stations).
