There are a number of situations covered by the BPS Handbook and the BPS How to Apply Guidance that requires the claimant to call the RPA for further information.
It is vital that you record the contents and outcome of all calls to the RPA - to help, we have created an attendance note that you can print and use when you are on the phone to the RPA.
