The deadline to tell the RPA that you want to accept the grant funding offer sent to you is midnight on 18 January 2021.
RPA say you have until this time to accept your CPSG Grant Funding Agreement using the online CPSG acceptance portal on Gov.uk.
If the RPA does not receive your acceptance by this date, they will assume you no longer wish to claim your grant and they will withdraw your Grant Funding Agreement offer.
As a reminder, after successful applicants have accepted the offer by using the RPA’s CPSG acceptance portal they have until midnight on 31 May 2021 to complete the next phase, which is to buy (and pay for in full) and have installed where appropriate all the eligible items set out in the agreement, and submit their claim for payment with the evidence required.
This claim deadline was extended by two months (from 31 March 2021) to allow for potential delays caused by the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic. You cannot complete this second phase without first saying you want to take up the Grant Funding Agreement offer via the acceptance portal by 18 January.
What you need to do if this scheme issue applies to you
- Confirm the availability of the items with your supplier.
- Accept your Grant Funding Agreement using the CPSG acceptance portal.
If you wish to withdraw your application, you can do this using the same RPA CPSG acceptance portal as set out above.
Once you have accepted or withdrawn your Grant Funding Agreement, you will receive an email confirming this from the RPA.
If you want to withdraw after the deadline, you can email the RPA giving your reference number the RPA has previously given you.
