The Chartered Institute of Taxation has launched a confidential online survey to find out how employers and agents are finding a new obligation to report PAYE information ‘on or before’ staff paydays.

It's presented in a format which allows accountants, tax advisers and employers to explain in more detail the reasons for any reporting problems and make suggestions about how to resolve them.
A combination of HMRC and CIT findings could be used to press for changes to the system.
