Consultation on Model Clauses and end of tenancy compensation
In relation to agricultural tenancies in England governed by the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 (“AHA”), Defra are seeking views on proposed changes to secondary legislation governing the repair and maintenance of fixed equipment and end-of-tenancy compensation.
