This is to explain to you, our members who have submitted petitions, how to give evidence to the Select Committee. We will take you through the process and you will be able to openly discuss the questions on petitioning points that many of you may have.
We will cover points from the NFU petition that will be relevant to you as individuals and Sharpe Pritchard will provide constructive feedback on the evidence prepared and provide practical tips on giving evidence.
There will also be a short video clip showing the setup of a select committee and someone giving evidence.
NFU President Meurig Raymond will chair the meeting at our Stoneleigh HQ conference building. The event starts at 10am and lunch is provided.
