Find out more about the LAS

The firm can give your HS2 petition a free health check before it's submitted if you send it to the LAS by 2 May. The final submission must be made by 23 May if you are an individual (live on the farm holding) or 16 May if you are a business (you do not reside on the holding).

There is also some financial support available through the LAS to populate your petition using your own land agent.

One member is pleased with the service they have received from LAS already with regard to their HS2 submission, they said: “I thought today’s meeting was very good, informative and well conducted. The news of legal assistance for affected members to make representations is tremendous a real benefit for those affected, not only financial but ensuring everything is done in the correct way.”
