These notices detail the products containing these neonicotinoids that will be banned from use on outdoor crops as a result of Commission Implementing Regulations (EU) 2018/783, 784 and 785. Products listed include Deter, Poncho Beta, Redigo Deter, Actara, Cruiser 70 WS and Cruiser SB among several others (see the attached notices for full details).
In all three notices the authorisation for sale and distribution of existing stocks ends on 19 September 2018, and the authorisation for disposal, storage and use of existing stocks ends on 19 December 2018. Under the regulations above, use outside permanent greenhouses of seeds treated with plant protection products containing these neonicotinoids will be banned after 19 December 2018.
