Comment: At Hovingham, Yorks Dr E Stockdale gave a presentation of aims for monitor farms. As my aim was to grow nutrient dense food, largely immune to pest attack, and by eating the same ndf food you conferred an immunity to yourself and others, accepting that is the end of obesity- I was not on the same page as the farms being monitored for soil health. If you cannot measure the outcome via the produce, brix excellent via Reams Composite chart is the goal, you are back to yield and money and a population overfed and undernourished. I am probably wrong, but all you can want is that your children are healthy and that ultimately comes from what they eat.
