EEF, led by NERC and supported by the Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC), aims to identify future research needs to optimise and ensure sustainable environmental management, including land management.
A series of UK-wide workshops were held to define future environmental evidence challenges in light of the UK leaving the EU. These identified 65 challenges and NERC is now seeking input to validate these challenges and begin to outline the areas of research needed in future.
