NIAB Open Day 2017 Cambridge

Free and open to all, the NIAB Cambridge Open Day offers expert independent advice and research on variety choice, plant breeding, crop agronomy, plant protection, soils and cultivations with a mix of seminars, exhibits and field and glasshouse demonstrations.

New for 2017 the NIAB AgriTech showcase features new and emerging UK business entrepreneurs working with NIAB Ventures and the Eastern Agri-Tech Innovation Hub, at the forefront of agri-tech innovation and technology, research and commercial enterprise.

A morning of short technical seminars covering the latest innovation in crop genetics and breeding research, precision farming, plant pathology and agronomy from NIAB senior scientists and specialists Alison Bentley, Robert Jackson, Jane Thomas, John Cussans and Bill Clark.
