We have an exciting opportunity to join the NFU’s busy HR department. As HR Assistant you will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing advice and guidance as required and escalating as appropriate. You will be responsible for administering and co-ordinating all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to arranging interviews through to offer paperwork and on boarding.
We are looking for a HR Assistant who is highly organised, has experience of working in a busy administrative role with the ability to juggle changing priorities using your initiative.
It is essential that you work well within a team, processing high volumes of work, ensuring exceptional attention to detail in line with NFU service level agreements.
You will be fundamental in providing a proactive administrative service across a range of HR functions, and enjoy the challenge of a diverse and demanding workload. With excellent communication skills, you will be a team player who can develop relationships and rapport easily with people face to face, via email and telephone.
