The NFU will be in attendance as hundreds of farmers descend on the East of England Showground, in Peterborough, on November 24 and 25 for the free CropTec event.

The specialist arable show is billed as the essential technical event for arable and mixed farmers, agronomists and advisers, sprayer and spreader operators and contractors.

If you are a farmer it’s free to get in, but you must pre-register, here.

Now in its third year, CropTec brings together farmers, industry experts and researchers, plus the latest products and services from more than 100 exhibitors. It’s your unique opportunity to find ideas, inspiration and answers on everything from crop protection and nutrition to plant breeding and soil management in one place, at one time.

The programme for this year’s two-day event includes:

  • 16 leading speakers covering a wide range of technical, practical and business issues
  • Extensive seminar programme
  • R&D Innovation Hub & Business hub
  • One-to-one hands on experience of the latest sprayers in the UK
  • Opportunities to collect Basis & 2 NRoSO points

How to find your NFU crops and BPS teams

Come and meet members of the crops board, plus specialist staff from the NFU including chief arable adviser Guy Gagen, the BPS team and arable adviser, Tori Morgan, on stand 46. We’re in the Main Hall, next to Horsch UK, and opposite Zantra & Verdesian Life Science.
