Spada helmet competition T&Cs

Entry to this prize draw is free.

Participants must be 16 years or over.

Only one entry per person is permitted. All entries are verified and duplicate entries will be removed.

In order to enter participants must complete the online web form available on www.nfuonline.com between the Start and Closing Dates shown below:

Start date: Wednesday 1 January 2020 at 6am.

Closing date: Friday 31 January 2020 at midnight. 

NFU cannot acknowledge receipt of entry and no entries will be returned.

The prize will be awarded to the 1st eligible participant, selected at random from all eligible entries by a member of the NFU Campaigns Team whose decision is final.  No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners. Entry to this competition is free.

The NFU is unable to return competition entries.

The NFU accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries.  By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

The prize is 1x Spada Edge helmet.

The prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative.

By entering this competition, you agree that NFU is permitted to use any submitted entry on any of their websites and for publicity materials without prior notice & if your submission is a photograph which children are the subject of, you consent to that photograph being utilised by the NFU.

A winner will be selected on Wednesday 5 February 2020 and will be notified by email by Wednesday 12 February 2020.

If the winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days of the competition’s closing date, the NFU reserve the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in future promotion.

Please note, we are required to make the name and county of residence of the winner available publicly.  We may ask you to take part in additional publicity connected with this prize draw.

The winner’s name and county will be available on request by writing to NFU Campaigns Team, Agriculture House, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, CV8 2TZ and may also be  published online and on social media.

The NFU retain copyright in any submitted entries.

The NFU reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, withdraw or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.

Entrants’ personal data will be collected, held and processed by the NFU (as data controller) for the purpose of administering this prize draw.  Please note, your name and county of residence may be disclosed if you win this prize draw.  Our online privacy statement (www.nfuonline.com/privay-policy) explains more about how we use your personal data.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision not held to be invalid.

This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
