The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy wants to unlock carbon and bill savings in areas they know less about, such as non-domestic buildings, which account for 12% of UK greenhouse gas emissions.
The NFU's submission is based largely upon our previous consultation responses on this subject area, updated in the light of more recent developments.
