Typographical errors:
We have corrected some paragraph numbers which were incorrect and have amended references to ‘notice’ to read ‘Privacy Policy’ throughout the document for clarity.

In February 2019 FEC Energy Limited changed its name to NFU Energy Limited and the Privacy Policy has been updated to reflect this.

We recently launched an NFU App and have updated the Privacy Policy to reflect this, see sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2.

A separate paragraph relating to Warners Group Publications plc (a third party which offers the Countryside Magazine Subscription) has been removed, and we have included additional wording to refer specifically to subscribers to our publications.  See sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.2 as well as reference to Warners Group Publications plc under paragraph 5.1.2.

Under section 3.2 we have included reference to member surveys and additional wording regarding the administration of competitions and prize draws.

Under section 4 and section 5 we have clarified the definition of third parties to include reference to charities, both local and national.

Under section 6 we have amended reference to the European Economic Area to include UK separately.
