A new feature for NFU Conference 2018 is an area in Hall 3 called - the NFU Knowledge Zone.
The aim of the NFU’s Knowledge Zone is for members to connect with NFU staff and advisers by coming along to find out about the specialist policy work carried out by the NFU on behalf of members.
Alongside access to the wealth of expertise possessed by the NFU’s many advisers, members will also be able to give their feedback and if a particular adviser is not available to speak to you, an enquiry form can be submitted and the relevant person will get back to you as soon as possible.
With an increased focus at this year’s NFU Conference on NFU’s members, this is an ideal opportunity to come and meet the team that supports your farming businesses.
Please make time and we look forward to seeing you over the two days of conference to speak to members from our various teams covering:
BPS & Agri-environmental schemes
Commodities sectors: Dairy, combinable crops, sugar, poultry, livestock, uplands and horticulture
Economics and Planning
Land management and tenancy matters
Health and Safety
Campaign for the Farmed Environment
Tried and Tested
as well as colleagues from the TB Advisory Service and Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use
