Antimicrobials: Kingston University survey

Kingston University London_45440

Kingston University is undertaking a study to find out more about people’s understanding of the uses and effectiveness of antimicrobials (drugs that fight infections). They are questioning what level of knowledge is within both the human and animal sectors to formulate better routes of communication for target groups. The survey is open to the general public, doctors, vets and farmers.

Kingston University are keen to work with the NFU and RUMA in getting the message that prudent, safe and responsible use is better than a call for no use, especially when animal welfare is at stake.

They are asking people with different kinds of work experience and knowledge to fill in the questionnaire – therefore members are very welcome to take part.

All information that is obtained will be maintained in a strictly confidential manner and will be anonymous.
