Red Tractor and the NFU are recruiting for a dairy farmer to increase farmer representation on the Red Tractor Dairy Sector Board.
The purpose of the Sector Board is to advise on the development of the technical strategy for each sector and to take it forward with the engagement of all stakeholders, such that it contributes to the Red Tractor Vision & Purpose. The Sector Boards meets at least three times a year. Membership will be limited to a three year appointment.
The successful candidate will be expected to feedback to the NFU National Dairy Board to ensure good communication between the NFU and Red Tractor and to understand the policy position of the NFU which they represent.
