NFU dairy team at Food Matters Live

The conference, being held at ExCeL, London, brings together the food and drink industry, retailers, foodservice providers, Government and those working in nutrition, to enable collaboration and innovation to support a sustainable food landscape for the future.

On Tuesday (November 21) NFU chief dairy adviser Sian Davies will be speaking at a seminar on ‘Building an integrated food system: from farm to fork’ where she will give details of how a dairy farmer can demonstrate excellence within integrated food systems. The session will also ask, what does a sustainable supply chain look like and how can it be leveraged to boost profitability.

The 3-day event has attracted 800 leading organisations as well as 400 speakers participating in the conference and seminar programme.

Visitors will come from a range of professions and disciplines, including food science and manufacturing, R&D, food marketing and brand management, retailing, nutrition and public health. They will be able to enjoy 100 free to attend conference and seminar sessions, special events including Match, Meet the Buyer, the Food Matters Live Awards ceremony and the Free From Eating Out Awards.
