As part of government's efforts to ensure that business is adequately prepared for Brexit on 31st October, they have produced two flowcharts which explain the process for exporting horticultural produce to the EU after Brexit. This includes checking you have an EORI number, the phytosanitary or marketing standards controls which may be in place, and the process of customs declarations. This builds on the information outlined in the Technical Notice Importing and exporting plants and plant products if there’s a no-deal Brexit.
