Are you using the CTS Online service?

The British Cattle Movement Service (BCMS) is writing to users who frequently post their cattle notifications such as births, deaths and movements to encourage them to use its online services.

This is due to the majority of its offices now being closed due to the COVID-19 restrictions leading to a delay in postal applications being opened and processed.

The letter explains how to use the CTS Online service to submit passport applications as well as what to do if you need to continue using the postal service.
