Margaret Mountford is the keynote speaker at the next Meat Business Women networking event on Wednesday 4 October in London. In addition to her role as one of Lord Sugar’s advisers in television programme The Apprentice, Margaret has significant experience as a lawyer and businesswoman. She is chair of Argent Group Europe, which owns the UK’s largest catering butcher, Fairfax Meadow.
Delegates will also receive an update on meat market trends from Kantar Consumer Insight Director Lucy Chapman and from Cranswick Group HR Director Miranda Walker, who will talk about how Cranswick has made its business more appealing to new talent.
