2015/16 Campaign Start Dates Announced

The 2015/16 campaign start dates will be as follows:

Bury St Edmunds    24th September 2015
Newark                  24th September 2015
Wissington             28th September 2015
Cantley                  2nd October 2015

These dates are designed to strike a balance between managing the industry’s large sugar stocks, the current growth stage of the crop and growers’ desire to start their harvesting programmes.

The anticipated end dates for Bury, Cantley and Wissington factories are in mid-January and Newark, as is normal, will be approximately 2 weeks later.
