NFU Sugar, NSF and Red Tractor work together to remove the sugar beet assurance audit fee

As a part of NSF's ongoing review to help make British farming as competitive as possible and after talks with NFU Sugar and Red Tractor, all parties are pleased to announce there will no longer be an extra charge for sugar beet assurance audits.

Mr Tim Beaver, NFU Sugar Red Tractor Representative, “ I am really pleased with what we have achieved for sugar growers. This decision will bring savings of over £50,000 to sugar beet growers across the country and help in an uncertain time when input prices fluctuate and competitiveness needs to be at the heart of every farm business. We thank NSF for their continued support and contribution to British farmers”.
