Poultry: Our net zero journey - sign up now

nfu poultry net zero event.png_80727

The virtual gathering will be relevant to everyone who works in the supply chain and we will discuss the poultry sector’s ambitions for net zero.

The event is being organised as part of Countryside COP 2021.

Recognising progress and challenges

A combination of presentations and discussions, the event will provide us with an opportunity to show leadership as a sector and will feed into our recommendations for achieving net zero to COP26.

It will recognise both the progress already made in the sector and the challenges still to overcome.

You will hear speakers from across the whole supply chain, including egg producer Llyr Jones, British Poultry Council Technical Director Máire Burnett, British Egg Industry Council Chairman Andrew Joret and Tesco Agricultural Manager John Kirkpatrick among others, as well as having the opportunity to input your own views into the poultry sector’s ambitions for net zero.
