Come along to the next meeting of the North Regional Crops Board on Thursday 13 November, 12.30pm at Middlethorpe Hall, York.

Join us to hear the latest developments on international trade with an overview of what trade deals are currently being worked on by the UK government and their potential impact on UK agriculture from NFU Chief International Trade Adviser Lucia Zitti. 

We'll also hear from NFU Senior Economist Sanjay Dhanda on the NFU response to the farm profitability review in relation to the arable sector, followed by the latest lobbying position on SFI and Countryside Stewardship from NFU Senior Countryside Adviser Claire Robinson.

The meeting will be chaired by NFU North Regional Crops Board Chair James Mills, who will give a preview of the forthcoming Defra consultation on fairness in supply chain update and an update from Red Tractor on their future strategy.
