The NFU is joining Derbyshire Wildlife Trust and The Farming Life Centre for a discussion about beavers and species reintroduction.

Derbyshire farmers who have land near rivers and their tributaries are invited to discuss beaver reintroduction and the possibility of ‘wild release’ in the county.

This meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss beaver activity, management options and to consider potential challenges and opportunities.

Farmers are invited to ask questions, voice concerns and engage on the issue.
